Before making your purchase
- Let us help you in choosing your Mattress. Remember that most of the changes and returns can be avoided before making your purchase. For this reason we have specialists available to help you choose the ideal mattress for you, contact us at 809-247-2080 for more information.
The Product does not meet your needs
- The customer has 7 working days after the product is delivered to make a return.
- The Product must be sent by the customer to our facilities in order to start the exchange/return process.
- The product must arrive in perfect condition (No stains, dirty, broken) for it to apply for exchange/return.
- You will be given a credit note (Valid for 90 days) for the value of the mattress to be used in another of our products.
- Our specialists will contact you to carry out a more in-depth and specific study in order to determine why the product does not meet your needs and thus develop the right one for you.
Exchange for Warranty
- Our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE begins the day the product is delivered and covers damage caused to the internal structure of the Mattress as long as they are caused by manufacturing defects and the product is being used in the correct conditions that ensure adequate performance. The materials subject to change or repair, as determined by the technical concept issued by our representative are:
-Upholstered Spring Structure.
- If in the technical diagnosis issued by Sleep In Mattress, it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect, the company will evaluate the option of repairing or changing the affected part, solving the problem order cancellation.
- Order cancellations are not allowed once the payment has been processed. For this reason, we recommend verifying the selected attributes and quantities of the products before making the purchase, to avoid disappointment due to an unsatisfactory purchase.
After confirming the order, deliveries are made within 72 working hours.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is to be a delay in the dispatch of your order, we will notify you in advance by email or telephone.
We have free shipping in the city of Santiago De Los Caballeros. Shipments outside of Santiago have an additional cost.
